Online message and trial-request collection is not open. The public site does not save form submissions, issue licenses, create customer accounts or collect card details. Private development records are not deployed with this website.
Analytics and Cookies
Optional Google Analytics helps us understand visits to public pages. It loads only after you allow analytics in Privacy choices. Google receives public page views, basic browser/device information and connection information needed to provide analytics, and may use analytics cookies to recognize visits.
We do not send customer emails, account details, payment information, form values, URL queries or URL fragments to Google.
Advertising tracking, Google Signals and advertising personalization stay off. Private Admin and customer pages are excluded.
Your choice is stored for this browser tab, and Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signals keep optional analytics off by default.
You can explicitly choose Allow analytics for this tab; advertising and personalization remain off. Open Privacy choices in the footer to decline or withdraw consent.
Withdrawal stops further collection and clears this site’s Google Analytics cookies; it cannot undo information already sent.
Public pages do not create customer account sessions.
Market Data and API Keys
Customers enter their own market-data credentials in the Windows application. This website does not request Alpaca keys, brokerage account details or trading balances and does not stream customer market data. Market Watch 360 does not place trades.
Security and Service Providers
The public deployment uses HTTPS and security response headers. Private administration and customer data are excluded from the public deployment. No electronic system can guarantee absolute security. Hosting information is handled by Cloudflare under its applicable service policies.
Privacy Contact and Updates
A direct business privacy contact and request procedure remain to be published before customer collection opens. The Contact page clearly states that it does not currently receive messages. This notice will be updated when the service or its data handling changes.
