This notice describes the public Market Watch 360 information website. Customer accounts, online contact and trial submissions, payments, and desktop licensing are not enabled on this site.
1. Website Hosting
The public website is prepared for hosting on Cloudflare Workers. Cloudflare processes connection and request information needed to deliver and protect the site, which can include IP address, browser information, requested URL and request time. Do not put personal information or credentials in website URLs.
2. Contact, Trials and Payments
Online message and trial-request collection is not open. The public site does not save form submissions, issue licenses, create customer accounts or collect card details. Private development records are not deployed with this website.
4. Market Data and API Keys
Customers enter their own market-data credentials in the Windows application. This website does not request Alpaca keys, brokerage account details or trading balances and does not stream customer market data. Market Watch 360 does not place trades.
5. Security and Service Providers
The public deployment uses HTTPS and security response headers. Private administration and customer data are excluded from the public deployment. No electronic system can guarantee absolute security. Hosting information is handled by Cloudflare under its applicable service policies.
6. Privacy Contact and Updates
A direct business privacy contact and request procedure remain to be published before customer collection opens. The Contact page clearly states that it does not currently receive messages. This notice will be updated when the service or its data handling changes.
