Simple Pricing. Clear Terms. No Surprises.

At Market Watch 360, we believe customers should understand their purchase before spending money. The selected options are a free 14-day trial, a $29.95 USD-per-month subscription, or an upfront $299 USD software license with the first 12 months of continuation and maintenance included. Beginning in year two, a required $95 USD annual fee keeps the upfront license active. This page explains the intended billing, renewal, cancellation, upgrade, and refund terms.

Please review the terms of your selected plan before purchasing.

1. Free 14-Day Trial

The selected free trial lasts 14 consecutive days for eligible customers to evaluate the software before choosing a paid license. Trial requests are reviewed; access begins only after a trial license is activated. Eligibility and repeat-trial restrictions may apply under the final published terms.

When does the trial begin?

Day 1 begins when your trial license is activated—not when you visit the website or submit a demo inquiry. The trial lasts for 14 consecutive 24-hour periods beginning at activation unless the specific offer clearly says otherwise. Activation and expiration information will be provided through the application or customer account when available.

What does the trial cost?

There is no Market Watch 360 software charge for the free trial. Using your own market-data provider may involve separate provider requirements or charges.

What happens when the trial ends?

When the trial expires, software access may stop until a valid paid or complimentary license is activated. A free trial will not automatically become a paid subscription unless the customer separately and expressly agrees to a paid plan with billing terms disclosed. Continuing requires selection of an available paid license.

2. Monthly Software Subscription

The selected month-to-month software subscription is $29.95 USD per month and provides access during an active paid billing period. Checkout and subscription management are not available on this local website.

  • Authorized use of the desktop application
  • Available standard software updates and upgrades
  • Access to the features included with the subscribed plan
  • Applicable license verification and account services

Updates and upgrades will be included when released and made available for the customer's plan. Market Watch 360 does not guarantee that new features or upgrades will be released on a particular schedule.

If a monthly subscription is sold with automatic renewal, the customer must expressly authorize recurring billing. The price, billing interval, next billing date, and cancellation method will be shown before purchase. An active subscription will continue renewing until the customer cancels or it otherwise ends under the applicable terms.

3. Canceling a Monthly Subscription

Customers will have an appropriate cancellation method, including online cancellation for subscriptions purchased online where required. We will provide a cancellation confirmation.

After cancellation, future recurring subscription charges stop. Access ordinarily continues through the end of the paid billing period, the subscription does not renew after that period, and access to licensed features may end when the paid period expires.

Canceling does not automatically refund a billing period that has already been charged. If a cancellation was received before renewal but a charge was processed in error, we will investigate and correct it as required. There are no additional cancellation penalties for ending future monthly renewals.

You may cancel future monthly renewals at any time. To prevent the next charge, submit the cancellation before the next scheduled renewal is processed.

4. Monthly Subscription Refund Policy

Because customers have an opportunity to evaluate the software through the free trial, we ordinarily do not provide discretionary refunds for reasons such as:

Exceptions

This policy does not override applicable consumer rights. Refunds, corrections, or other remedies will be provided where required by law, including where applicable for unauthorized billing, duplicate charges, or other legally recognized claims. Contact us about an incorrect charge so it can be reviewed.

  • Forgetting to cancel before renewal
  • Choosing not to use the software or changing trading methods
  • Deciding not to continue after a billing period begins
  • Discontinuing use during a paid period
  • Unused portions of a monthly subscription

Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not normally reverse the current paid period.

Monthly subscription payments are generally nonrefundable after a valid billing charge has been processed, except where a refund or other remedy is required by law.

5. Upfront Software License Purchase

The selected upfront software license is $299 USD. It includes the first 12 months of license continuation and maintenance. Beginning in year two, continued access requires the $95 USD annual fee. There is no additional monthly software subscription under this option.

The software remains the intellectual property of its owner. Customers purchase the right to use it under the applicable License Terms.

While required annual continuation and maintenance coverage remains active, the license is intended to include authorized software use, available standard updates and upgrades, ongoing license verification and maintenance, and the features covered by the purchased license. New versions and upgrades are included when released for the applicable license class. There is no promise that a new major feature will be released every year. Separately identified products, premium services, or optional add-ons may have different prices and terms.

An upfront purchase is not an unlimited lifetime-access license. Continued software access requires the separate $95 USD annual continuation and maintenance coverage after the included first year.

6. Required $95 USD Annual Continuation and Maintenance Fee

!

After the first 12 months included with the upfront license, purchasers must maintain the $95 USD annual continuation and maintenance plan to keep using Market Watch 360.

This annual fee is required for continued software access under the upfront-purchase licensing option. It is not merely an optional fee for receiving software updates.

What does the annual fee cover?

The annual program supports continued software license access, ongoing license validation, software maintenance, standard updates and upgrades when available, and applicable maintenance of the licensed product. It does not guarantee a particular number of new features, updates, or major releases.

The $95 USD annual fee is required even in a year when no major software upgrade is released.

When is the fee due?

The upfront price includes the first 12 months of annual continuation and maintenance coverage. The first continuation fee is due beginning in year two; subsequent due dates will be displayed before checkout.

Is the annual fee automatic?

If annual automatic renewal is offered, customers must expressly authorize it after receiving clear information about the recurring charge. If renewal is manual, the customer must pay before the stated deadline to maintain uninterrupted access. The website and purchase confirmation must identify which method applies.

7. What Happens If the $95 USD Annual Fee Is Not Paid?

Because the annual continuation and maintenance fee is a required part of the upfront-license model, failure to renew may result in suspension or expiration of software access after the covered period ends. Customers may retain their original purchase record, but that record does not authorize ongoing use while required continuation coverage is inactive.

Access may be restored after an eligible customer renews and completes any necessary license verification. Any grace periods, reinstatement arrangements, or changes in renewal pricing will be disclosed when those procedures are finalized.

Canceling or declining the annual continuation payment means the upfront-purchase license will not remain active after its current paid coverage expires.

8. Upfront Purchase and Annual Fee Refunds

Because customers are offered an opportunity to evaluate the software before purchase, we ordinarily do not provide discretionary refunds solely because a customer changes their mind or decides not to continue using the product. There are generally no prorated refunds for unused portions of an annual paid period.

Nothing in this policy removes rights under applicable consumer-protection law. Legally required remedies, including appropriate treatment of incorrect or unauthorized charges, remain available. We will review reported billing errors and respond according to the applicable purchase agreement and legal requirements.

Upfront software license payments and valid annual continuation or renewal charges are generally nonrefundable, except where a remedy is required by applicable law.

9. Software Updates and Upgrades

Market Watch 360 is an actively developed software product. We may release bug fixes, performance or security improvements, chart enhancements, new market-analysis features, interface updates, and other product improvements.

Monthly subscribers

Standard updates and upgrades made available to the customer's subscription plan are included while the subscription is active.

Upfront license purchasers

Standard updates and upgrades made available to the license class are included while the required annual continuation and maintenance coverage is active.

Included upgrades mean eligible software improvements are available without an additional standard upgrade charge when released. This does not guarantee a release schedule, future development of particular features, or perpetual access to every future separate product or paid add-on.

10. Billing Reminders and Payment Notifications

Market Watch 360 intends to provide straightforward payment and renewal communications. Depending on the customer's plan and applicable requirements, future billing messages may include:

  • Purchase confirmations and payment receipts
  • Trial activation and expiration information
  • Upcoming renewal reminders and annual continuation reminders
  • Failed-payment notices
  • Subscription cancellation confirmations
  • Material billing or pricing change notices

We intend to use automated renewal reminders as part of the future customer account and billing system. Customers will be responsible for maintaining a working contact email address. Failure to receive an optional courtesy message does not by itself change an otherwise valid payment obligation, subject to required statutory notices and customer protections. Where notice is required by law, we will provide it as required.

11. Failed Payments

If a valid recurring payment fails, we may notify the customer and provide an opportunity to update payment information. A subscription or license may become inactive if payment is not successfully completed.

Where appropriate, a future billing system may allow a temporary grace period or retry payment processing through its billing provider. Retry arrangements will follow the customer's payment authorization and applicable rules. We will not represent a failed payment as completed.

Access may be restored once payment issues are resolved and the license is eligible for reinstatement.

12. Changes to Prices

Market Watch 360 may change prices for future purchases and renewals. Existing paid periods will not be retroactively repriced. A change affecting an upcoming recurring charge will be disclosed with any notice and consent required by applicable law. Customers may cancel future renewals before a new price takes effect.

The selected annual continuation and maintenance fee for the upfront license is $95 USD per year, beginning in year two. Any future change to that amount must be communicated clearly before it is charged.

13. Professional Customer Conduct

Market Watch 360 is committed to professional, respectful customer service. We expect the same standard of conduct from customers when interacting with our company, employees, contractors, and support representatives.

We welcome questions, criticism, product feedback, and good-faith billing disputes. We do not require customers to agree with us or to avoid raising legitimate complaints. However, we do not accept:

  • Threats of violence, harassment, abusive personal attacks, or discriminatory harassment
  • Fraudulent activity or attempts to compromise company systems
  • Deliberate attempts to bypass licensing controls or unauthorized license redistribution
  • Material violations of the Terms of Use
  • Repeated conduct that seriously disrupts or threatens personnel or services

We reserve the right to take appropriate action when these standards or contractual terms are materially violated, subject to applicable law and customer rights.

14. Refusal of Service, Suspension, and Termination

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Market Watch 360 may decline a new purchase or renewal, suspend an account, or terminate access for legitimate reasons, including:

  • Fraud or fraudulent payment activity
  • Serious abuse or harassment, threats to personnel, or service-security concerns
  • Unauthorized software use or license circumvention
  • Material violations of the Terms of Use or License Terms
  • Other lawful grounds affecting safe and proper service delivery

Where appropriate, we may provide a warning or an opportunity to resolve the issue. Immediate action may be necessary for serious threats, fraud, or security incidents. We do not refuse service on unlawfully discriminatory grounds or in retaliation for a customer's lawful exercise of consumer rights.

Any termination of paid access, refund obligation, or other remedy will be handled according to the applicable contract and law.

We reserve the right to protect our business and personnel while respecting customers' legal rights.

15. Billing Questions and Disputes

If you believe a charge was processed incorrectly, contact Market Watch 360. We will review billing questions in good faith. Examples include:

  • Duplicate charges or incorrect subscription amounts
  • Unexpected renewals or failed cancellation processing
  • Unrecognized transactions
  • Incorrect license status after payment

Please include enough information to identify the transaction without sending sensitive payment-card details through ordinary email or unsecured forms. Customers retain any legally available payment-dispute rights. Submitting a legitimate billing complaint is not a violation of our customer conduct standards.

16. Third-Party Market Data Fees

Market Watch 360 software charges are separate from any fees imposed by third-party market-data providers. Customers may need their own supported provider accounts and data subscriptions. A free software trial does not necessarily make third-party market data free.

The availability of live or delayed data depends on the selected provider and the customer's data entitlements. Any charges for services sold directly by Market Watch 360 will be identified before purchase.
