Market Watch 360 is an information and analysis tool. It does not place trades or execute orders. The software is not a brokerage service or a substitute for professional financial advice.
2. Software Licensing
Market Watch 360 software is licensed to customers, not sold as intellectual property. Customers may receive access through one of the licensing options described below when those options are available. Purchase details will identify the applicable version, updates, support, activations, and other included benefits.
Monthly Subscription
The selected monthly subscription is $29.95 USD per month and allows customers to use Market Watch 360 during an active paid subscription period. If a selected plan renews automatically, its renewal price, billing frequency, and cancellation terms will be clearly presented before purchase.
Customers will be able to cancel future renewals using the cancellation method provided with their subscription. Unless the purchase terms say otherwise, cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid period. When a subscription expires, access to the licensed application may end.
One-Time Purchase
The selected upfront purchase is $299 USD and includes the first 12 months of license continuation and maintenance. Beginning in year two, continued software access requires the $95 USD annual continuation fee. This is not a lifetime-access license and does not transfer ownership of the software, its source code, or the Market Watch 360 brand.
Purchase details will explain what software version, updates, support, activations, and other benefits are included. Additional services or future major upgrades may be offered separately if they are not included in the purchased license. Customers will be able to review their licensing terms before making a purchase.
3. Free Trials and Demonstrations
The selected free trial lasts 14 consecutive days and has no Market Watch 360 software charge. Trial access is not activated through this local preview.
A trial begins when a trial license is activated, not when a customer submits a trial request or verifies an email address. Requesting access does not guarantee acceptance into a trial program or automatically schedule a meeting. A trial does not automatically convert to paid access; a customer must separately authorize any paid offering.
4. Pricing and Payments
The selected prices are shown on the Pricing page: $29.95 USD per month for the monthly license, or $299 USD for the upfront license. The upfront price includes the first 12 months of annual coverage; beginning in year two, the required continuation fee is $95 USD per year. The local preview does not process payment, and customers will be shown the full billing terms before any purchase.
Taxes or other charges, when applicable, will be disclosed as required. Any refund or cancellation rights will be governed by the applicable purchase terms and consumer protection laws. Prices for future purchases or renewals may change, subject to applicable notice requirements. Customers will not be charged for a paid subscription without the authorization required for that transaction.
5. Market Data and Third-Party Connections
Market Watch 360 uses market information obtained through third-party data services. Customers may need their own account with a supported market-data provider, including Alpaca. Customers are responsible for maintaining any necessary provider accounts, subscriptions, and permissions.
Market-data availability depends on the customer's provider, account permissions, selected feed, and market conditions. Some feeds provide data from only certain exchanges; other feeds may require separate subscriptions or fees. Market Watch 360 does not guarantee that all exchange data will be available through every customer's connection. Fees charged directly by a third-party data provider are separate from Market Watch 360 software licensing unless expressly stated otherwise.
6. API Keys and Customer Connections
Customers enter their supported market-data credentials within the desktop application. This website does not request customers' Alpaca API keys. Customers are responsible for protecting their provider credentials and using their data accounts in accordance with the provider's terms.
Market Watch 360 is display-only software. It does not place orders or execute trades through the application.
7. Accuracy and Availability
We work to provide reliable software and useful market information. Market data can be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, or affected by third-party service interruptions.
Software calculations and weighted index views may use selected stock baskets, estimated weights, or data sources that differ from official index calculations. Information shown in Market Watch 360 should not be assumed to reproduce every official index value or every exchange transaction exactly. We do not guarantee uninterrupted software operation or error-free market data.
8. Trading and Financial Decisions
Financial markets involve risk. Market Watch 360 provides information and analysis to help customers understand market activity. We do not guarantee trading profits, investment performance, or particular financial outcomes.

9. Acceptable Use
Customers agree to use Market Watch 360 responsibly and lawfully. Unless expressly permitted by the applicable license, customers may not:
Distribute unauthorized copies of the software.
Resell or transfer software licenses without permission.
Share activation credentials to bypass licensing restrictions.
Attempt to defeat software licensing or security protections.
