Charts, tabs & stock cards
Reading the Summary Above Each Tab
The summary pairs participation counts and positive, negative, or net impact context for the selected view. Values depend on the active basket and incoming data.
What problem does this solve?
You want to read the participation and contribution summary before scanning the cards.
Quick answer
The summary provides context for the selected view, including rising or falling participation and positive, negative, or net contribution values when available.
Steps
- Read the selected-stock count and any displayed index-coverage context.
- Compare the Down and Up counts with the negative and positive weighted values.
- Use the net value as a combined summary, then inspect individual cards to see which symbols contribute.
What you should see
Summary values change with the selected basket and incoming data. Breadth counts and weighted impact are related but are not interchangeable.
If it still doesn't work
Check the selected S&P basket and connection state. For the concepts behind the values, see the linked Learn article.
