How Do I Enter My Credentials in Market Watch 360?
Use the desktop app's Connect → API Key workflow. Enter credentials locally in the app; never send them through this website or a support request.

You want to connect the desktop app without entering credentials on the website.
Quick answer
In the Windows app, use Connect → API Key…. The Alpaca API Connection dialog has API Key ID and Secret Key fields and stores the pair in Windows Credential Manager.
Steps
- In Market Watch 360, open Connect and choose API Key….
- Choose Paper trading or Live to match the Alpaca keys you intend to use.
- Enter the API Key ID and Secret Key in the desktop dialog.
- Choose Test connection, then Save to use a verified pair. Testing alone does not save or replace the stored pair.
What you should see
The dialog reports a connection state. The Market Watch 360 website has no Alpaca credential fields and does not store or relay market data.
If it still doesn't work
Confirm the pair and selected environment with Alpaca, then use the test result. If you contact support, describe the error without sharing either credential.
