I Cannot Find a Stock
Check the selected basket and active tab, then use the Find control. A symbol outside the selected basket may not appear in that view.
What problem does this solve?
A ticker you expect is not in the visible card grid.
Quick answer
The grid covers the selected basket and may be filtered by the active tab. A ticker outside that selection will not appear just because it belongs to the broader market.
Steps
- Switch to All to remove the directional tab filter.
- Use Find with the ticker exactly as shown by the app.
- Check the S&P basket size and the followed list under Settings → Stocks & Tabs → Stock list.
- If the security should be included, record its symbol and the installed app version.
What you should see
You can tell whether the symbol is filtered out, omitted from the selection, or not found by the current app.
If it still doesn't work
Send the S&P basket choice, tab, symbol, and app version to support. Do not share API credentials.
